ANOTHER PARTY
Second verse…almost the same as the first. I couldn’t help but do a comic “welcoming” Lark back to the store. Any time that guy went on vacation the store morale went up. Schedules were nicer. Waking up in the morning wasn’t as big as a chore. No one would miss the lack of true compliments, the disrespecting comments he made towards us saying he was “just kidding,” the lack of panic when a district manager would visit. If “Pat” is based on the worst human alive, “Lark” is based on the worst aspects of generic sycophantic, low self-esteem, over controlling, over compensating middle management.
Today’s friday, and these past two party comics have put me in the mood for some party music.
