Benefits
I’ve gotten a couple emails about the new policies going down when it comes to benefits for those who find their employ at The Bookstore. Or should I say emails about the LACK of benefits. It was a pretty cool thing for the company to have benefit options for people who were only working part time. It’s sad to see one of the last perks of having a job at The Bookstore fall to the wayside.
It’s really sad to see that it all just comes down to numbers. Sometimes though, when you see THOSE coworkers, the useless bags of air who, for some unexplainable reason, get more hours than you in spite of your open availability, you don’t really believe that the numbers are stacking up correctly.
