This situation actually happened to my wife. She was working in the cafe and trying her very best to explain to the customer what black teas we sell. This customer didn’t get all their synapses fired up to make the connection though… I’m guessing this kind of thing happens fairly frequently. A lot of people are extremely dependent on caffeine nowadays and their brain won’t do the normal brain things until they get their fix.
