From Caroline: “It happened to me like 10 TIMES this week: with the new chip readers there is literally NO ACCEPTABLE VARIATION to saying “insert it into the bottom and make sure it goes all the way in” I’ve tried many different forms that don’t sound as dirty but it has to be said that way so that the customers understand and I don’t have to repeat the process 5 times. So many many many times this week I have said “insert it in the bottom and make sure it goes all the way in” and douchebag boys have said, ‘THAT’S WHAT SHE SAID’ to me over and over and over.”

It wasn’t funny the first time, customers, it will never be funny.

I think making chip reader instructions a joke is the “IT MUST BE FREE” for customers. …Stupid customers…
