I just saw the new commercial for the Bookstore. It’s completely harmless, which is infinitely better than the annoying mini-musicals with Jane Lynch that were making the rounds a couple years ago. It was kind of funny to notice though that both of the actors featured in the commercials were in the same movie. The thought process followed that maybe that’s all the company is looking for. Maybe “Wreck-it Ralph” is the head of marketing’s favorite movie and just wants an opportunity to interact with the cast. If that’s the case, can we not have Sarah Silverman show up? Just trying to think up a “clean” version of her respective humor made me feel a bit ill.
