We have had significant cutbacks on a lot of scheduling, and payroll. What hasn’t changed with those updates is the amount of work. I am wondering what kind of Six Sigma Lean crapola Home Office is running to think that we can still do the same amount of tasking with even less staffing and hours.
I have prided myself in being able to get a ton of projects and tasks done before and after closing shifts on top of doing the normal required tasks and projects but I’m having a hard time looking at what they want to get accomplished with how little they’re giving us.
Are there any fixes to these issues? Will there be a loosening of hours in the near future that will allow us to even START these projects they want done? I would like more open communication. I am getting fairly tired of being treated like a mushroom.
