For Three Days
I’ve fielded calls like this more times than I can count. The customer goes out of their way to make sure they understand what our hold policy is and how long it lasts, and then never show up for the book. Then an employee who has NO idea what’s going on has to deal with an angry, stupid customer. Does “three days” sound like “all year” to them? How hard is it to go grab a book within 72 hours?
