Freeze
This is one of the worst things to happen to a bookseller. You spend all this time scanning through a bunch of books only to have your PDT freeze up and die on you. It happens at the worst time too. It’s always right at the point that is most inconvenient for you. Of all the bugs and fixes that are out there for the company book search program and the cash registers and such, is there no way to get a patch on the PDTs so they won’t crap out on me anymore?!
