When you’re working in a customer service oriented job you’re going to face a lot of questions. Sometimes these questions won’t come from a customer but a coworker. Maybe a new hire needs a little bit of a guided hand through some of the processes of the job or an old veteran employee is just having one of those moments when their brain can’t function.
