It’s hard for the mass consumer to distinguish different brands of electronics, for the most part they’re easily corrected and don’t make a big deal of the whole thing. Every once in a while we get the insistent “customer” who demands our help with a product or service that our business doesn’t provide. Those people suck. There should be a corner that security people can escort those customers to. Have them think about what they did wrong and if they continue to have a surly attitude, they’re credit cards are confiscated and destroyed.
