Ive Done This A Lot
I did this once actually. Back when my store had a bay of staff recommendations we had a huge pile of some big biography book that we had no room for in the section, in the promotional display, OR in backstock. I said I’d recommend it just to get it out of our hair for a little while. Having never read it, I wrote about how the binding looked pretty good, the font was nice and readable on the cover, and that the book was heavy (a good sign of quality).
