Jo Nesbo
That Jo Nesbo guy is a pretty interesting author. Rarely do writers branch out past their particular genre. Stephen King doesn’t really write too much romance, Nora Roberts posing as J.D. Robb writes mystery romance, Robert Jordan just had his insufferable Wheel of Time books adapted into kid versions. Jo at least went for something completely left field from his crime fiction. Books about farts and possible other body functions. Without having read any Doctor Proctor books I’m pretty sure there aren’t any murders or violent crimes in them.
