Making Change
Anytime a customer brings up a huge pile of books to the register only to purchase one lousy book is a slap in the face. I really wish we’d be able to repay in kind. I understand that it’s our job to put product back on the shelves, but I really feel that the customer has a responsibility to clean up after themselves.
