I have a way to see these comics a day early and in color if you want to click here.

An old coworker of mine shared a story of working at a clothing store. They would start their shift on one end of a huge shelf folding pairs of blue jeans and resetting the display and finish their shift at the other end. By the time their shift ended, their work would have already been undone.

It has gotten to the point that save for the fiction sections there really isn’t much point in keeping things organized. We get slammed every day with lazy people leaving all sorts of books anywhere they feel like, and not much for a schedule that allows anyone to go through and reorganize a section of books. If we do find the chance to fix things up, it never fails to get torn apart by the time you come back from your first break.
