I know there are a lot of stupid customers in the world but it seems you get a greater concentration of stupid when you’re working in the kid’s section. I had to deal with a customer who could not understand that ALL of the books I was pointing at on the NEW IN YOUNG READERS wall were new. She wound up getting angry at me for not reading her mind. If you’re looking for a new book, that’s where they are. Let me go take my lunch dagnabbit.
