Katie joins the cast! Hearing form Katie it is sad and yet comforting that people will try to pull the same crap no matter where you are in the world. No receipt is no receipt, people. Those little slips of paper are important. It is somewhat cathartic to tell a customer “NO” after dealing a few terrible customers during a stressful shift.
