We are actually right in the middle of the holiday rush. Yes, We passed a big hurdle on the 25th, but now we have to clean up and repair all the damage that the customers did to us. …and return a TON of books and gifts that people didn’t want. Exchanges, further recommendations, answering the phone to answer the question that, “yes, we are open,” for the rest of the year… December is rough, but January isn’t much kinder to us retail folk.
