I got an interesting email from Tonya, a Fabric Retail Employee:

“Hey Mike, I’ve been sharing your comics at work and today was a particular “you are why retail slaves think about murder” kind of day. I work in the small part of the retail empire known as fabric retail.

Well, today a woman came in about 4 hours till close. She filled 2 shopping carts with fabric and 84 other items. We noticed the two carts left to wait for her in the cottons while she looked through books for at least an hour. Then she approached my cutting table. She wanted at least 7 yards of her fabrics if not the whole bolt. She let me measure 14 yards of a bolt then said she only wanted half of it… I almost jumped over the table and introduced her to my scissors.”

Tonya, thanks for the email!!
