Setting Goals
I’m not much of a fan of the goal cards that are handed out to us Booksellers. It almost feels like we’re ratting out on ourselves if we don’t meet up with how many nüks or Reader’s Advantage cards are sold within our 4 to 8 hour shift.
Luckily, for those working in Receiving, you don’t have to deal with these.
