I got some emails about small snippets of not so enjoyable interactions with customers that I thought would make a fun blend here. Thanks to Em, Torie, and M!
These are the people we REALLY don’t want to deal with. The person that you ask, “Do you need help with anything today?” and then instantly regret asking. Some of them are so bad you can tell ahead of time by just making eye contact. These customers are the types that cause good employees to try and ALL work in the receiving department AT THE SAME TIME.
I can’t blame them. Going to work in a customer service focused business and NOT having to deal with customers is a great, great thing.
