Lark was a perfect example of what not to do as a manager. Constantly micromanaging things that didn’t matter, backstabbing loyal employees, blacklisting other employees, character assassinations for other people who could have been promoted, always “delegating” tasks to others… The list can go on and on. One of the worst managers I’ve had to work under. Looking back I’m shocked at how he was able to keep his job for so long.
He was generically terrible. Every bad boss cliche you can think of was bundled up into that pathetic mid-level manager.
