I got an email from Del a little while ago who shared a story about how their store got a new bus route, adding a whole new customer base. One of them was continually shouting “BATHROOM!” until he received assistance. Sharing this email with my brother, we then wondered if that particular customer only knew how to communicate through shouting specific nouns.
