It happens time and time again with certain store managers I’ve worked for throughout the years. There are those that are confident, schedule appropriately, and make sure people are, for the most part, in the right places at the right times to keep the store running smooth.
Then there are those that move from crisis point to crisis point, throw all available employees at the proverbial wall right before a big visit and pray that the District Manager doesn’t notice that payroll surges every time they show up.
