Christiana took this phone call just a day or two ago. A customer was angry, not at booksellers doing their jobs, but that they all weren’t doing it fast enough. These are the self entitled, clueless, absorbed morons that show up to go Christmas shopping at the last minute and expect to be waited on hand and foot as soon as they step inside the store.
Hope you all can get through one more day! …and then there’s all the After Christmas garbage we have to deal with… It never truly ends for us retail slaves…
