When Lark first became a store manager a lot of people jumped ship or transferred out to a different store. I tried to stay positive, but the man is a nightmare mix of brown-nosing, insecurity, and straight up fascism. Hearing from other people when Lark was managing other stores, Lark would tell employees that the company doesn’t allow coworkers to hang out after work hours. To this day I still shake my head at that. I know the guy’s a rat, but I didn’t know he had sunk THAT low. Also: Lark apparently hates being compared to fascist dictators and the like. I don’t know why really, I think he’d fit right in with that group.
