Ah, the classic “never shopping here again” line. The most overused line found in customer service. I think that when a customer utters that phrase, they’re not really hurting the business, nor are they making our jobs more difficult. They say “I’m never shopping here again!” with finality. It’s something they shout over their shoulder as they storm out of your store. They may not realize what a great favor they’ve bestowed on the workforce there. You may never shop here again, but we’ll never have to deal with you ever again!
