On Our Best
John told me of a time when a manager of his was giving a huge rallying speech about getting back on track after the holidays. The speech was given in a way that this manager was leading the charge, they’d see everyone first thing in the morning, and they’re bringing doughnuts and coffee!
Of course they never showed up. Of course.
When John told me about it I knew that he had a Lark experience.
