Luckily I haven’t had to deal with TOO many customers taking their shoes off in the store. The memorable ones though tend to stick in the mind. They get very upset when you have to explain why they shouldn’t take their footwear off and everything.
I’m pretty happy with all the tabletop games and paraphernalia that The Bookstore is carrying now. Expansions to classic games, cool new titles like Mysterium, and all of the card sleeves and dice that a geek could ever want. The packaging on some of those products need to be retooled a little bit though. Or how they’re handled during shipping. One or the other. It’s a shame to see so many of those products wind up getting wasted out due to how cracked and broken the containers can get.
