Some Suggestions
I have a Patreon Page, a site that allows you to support creators like me.
The hour cuts are getting worse and worse. We all hope that once the new fiscal year starts that there’ll be a more reasonable and looser payroll budget set in place, but just because it’s happened like that in the past can never tell the future.
We’re probably 2 or 3 days behind on any project, display set up, merchandising, you name it, we’re backed up.
When asked why Home Office is being this ridiculously stingy with hours we get no response. Leaving us in the dark isn’t helping matters, and I’m wondering how far it’ll go before reaching a breaking point. We may have a small reprieve NEXT week with a manager going on vacation allowing some payroll hours to be allotted elsewhere, but there are only so many people that can take vacation all in the month of April…
