There have been some upset customers that don’t understand that Starbucks is a coffee brand and an establishment wherein you can purchase Starbucks coffee. These are the customers who throw tantrums and sometimes their gift cards, usually directed at the poor cafe worker who really is just doing their job. Sometimes though, you can take a bad experience and make something better out of it.
