Telemarketers
I was taken aback a little while ago when I answered the phone at work and found a telemarketer on the other side selling me random coupons to whatever. Dumbfounded to not have a customer asking for a book AND the fact that telemarketers still exist.
Lark also had an annoying habit of not working, hearing the phone ring, and passing the phone call off to an employee. He made sure that the phones were answered before the fourth ring, but he rarely seemed to be the guy to answer that phone.
