The Kingdom
The stockroom can be such a different place than the sales floor. The people working back there wear different clothes, different (better) music playing, they have different skill sets, they don’t answer the phones usually… A lot of the time people who work on the sales floor want to get back there to work. Not having to deal with customers is usually the top reason. It’s tough to get back there though, all the people working in Receiving know this and hold onto their position as if their life depended on it.
