You’re at the register, your ringing customers like there’s no tomorrow, you’ve been asking the rote questions if they have a membership and would like a gift receipt and the like, and the one time you forget to ask, that’s the one that needs it. The transaction is already done, there’s a line of customers stretching to the bargain section and now you have to call a manager up to the Cash/wrap to get authorization for print a stupid gift receipt.
Gets me every time!
