These Type Of People Exist
Sean emailed me a crazy, crazy story of a customer. Sean writes: “Hi Mike, I love the comic and wanted to share the most disheartening, upsetting, and all around bad customer I’ve ever encountered in my 3 years selling books. I tell this story to everyone who comes to me with a ‘you have no idea how stupid that customer was’ complaint, and it always tops them.”
What followed in the email was a description that turned into todays comic. I’m still surprised that this actually happened but I knew it must be illustrated and shared with you all. Sean finished the email with this: “I couldn’t speak. I gestured for her to follow me to biographies. When I handed her a copy, the only words I could get out were ‘Here. It’s real. It happened.’”
