Whats Your Name

I can’t recall ever having a phone call with a customer asking for my name just get to know me better. It’s always asked by an impatient, annoyed customer who doesn’t trust that I’ve done a good enough job at finding the book they want and they want a name to blame if something goes wrong. It’s the quickest way to show how little you trust or believe us. And if you didn’t remember our name when we answered the phone, you’re not going to know if the name we tell you now is real or not.
